Description:

Coriander has tan-colored, ribbed, lightweight fruits - commonly called seeds. It has a pleasing, warm, nutty, and citrus flavor with floral undertones.

Applications:

Coriander is an important spice in both Asian and European cooking. It is used as a base in almost all curries, as well as in pickling, crab boils, and stocks. It is also used to season sausage, bread and beers.
